Rumford from the mountains....
This photo is taken from my brother's home in the mountains across the river form my home. Just across the river--center--you can see a large green building that is a storage building for small airplanes. Our home is just beyond that building. In fact, you can see the top section of the home poking up over the trees. Note the steam from the papermill is captured in the valley. The mountains that you can see at the fartherst point are the mountains that surround Weld and our camps on Webb Lake.

More race photos...
Jan had his second-ever XC ski race -- he got a nose bleed, lost a glove, and sprained his thumb... and kept on racing! Simon had been sick with a cold all week and decided it was time to race.
